Six a side success!

Congratulations to our Year 6 football squad, who won another trophy this morning at the six a side finals. Having won their preliminary tournament, they were now competing against the top twelve teams in St Albans. The standard of play was extremely high and they played brilliantly to finish second in their very closely contested group. This put them into the third and fourth place final against Killigrew. Nothing separated the teams at full time and it needed extra time for Killigrew to score and snatch third place. Very well done to all the boys and especially our Year 3 goalkeeper, who stepped up to the mark at the very last minute and played superbly.
